Orszag Outlines New Bill To Help Cut Wasteful Spending

According to White House Office of Management and Budget Director Peter Orszag, the Reduce Unnecessary Spending Act of 2010, would allow the President to submit a package of suggested spending cuts, or rescissions, to appropriation bills within 45 congressional working days of their passage. Congress would then be required to submit the package to an up or down vote without considering amendments. (0:27)
