Granholm Calls National Fuel Efficiency Policy A "Win-Win-Win"

Following President Barack Obama's announcement and signing of a Presidential Memorandum pledging to place stricter regulations on auto emissions for medium and large trucks, Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm (D) expresses her enthusiasm for the policy. Granholm discusses data showing the amount of oil that will be saved, as well as the financial benefits for consumers. (0:34)
