Clinton Announces Agreement On Iran Sanctions

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told a Senate panel Tuesday that the U.S., China and Russia have agreed on an initial draft of a resolution to place sanctions on Iran as a deterrent to the nation’s suspected goal of becoming a nuclear power. (0:11)
