U.S. Envoy Says Sudan Must Focus On Upcoming Referendum

General Scott Gration, the President’s Special Envoy for Sudan, says that Sudan must focus on the upcoming referendum during an appearance before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee Wednesday. Gration says lessons need to be learned from Sudan's recent elections.

"We have to take the lessons from the elections, and turn them into solutions for the referendum," Gration explains. (0:13)
