BP America President McKay Grilled On Financial Responsibility

Sen. Maria Cantwell (D-Wash.) questions BP America Chairman and President Lamar McKay during a Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee hearing Tuesday on what BP will be financially liable for after the massive oil spill of the Gulf Coast.
