START Treaty Has Support From Former Republican National Security Officials, Says Expert

START, an arms treaty between Russia and the U.S., has bipartisan support from various former Repubican national security officials, according to Max Bergmann, a Policy Analyst of nuclear non-proliferation at the Center For American Progress.
