Sebelius: Lawsuits Against Health Care Reform Law Based On 'Politics More Than Policy'

Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius Tuesday dismissed the legal challenges against the recently passed health care reform law.

“We are confident that the legal standing of the law is solid and this has more to do with politics and policy,” said Sebelius during an appearance at the National Press Club. (0:46)

Is it true the Federal workers are exempt from participating in this Health Care Reform? Heard they will get to keep their insurance and not have to participate as everyone else will. If this is true, it must be changed, politicians should have to get in line just like everyone else. It sounds like unequal treatment - only the little people have to get in line. Lawsuit if we are being treated unequal!
