Country Is Moving Towards Direct Lending For Student Loans, Says Education Secretary

Secretary of Education Arne Duncan says in a live webcast that the U.S. is going to end the role banks play in student loans and push for more direct lending. Duncan says such a move will save the U.S. $68 billion. (0:25)
