Napolitano: DHS Very Concerned About New Arizona Immigration Law

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Janet Napolitano says during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on Tuesday that the committee will have 90 days to to review the constitutionality of an anti-illegal immigration bill that was signed into law last week in Arizona by its Governor, Jan Brewer. From a DHS stand point, Napolitano says, there are concerns about the law because it will detract from resources that are needed to focus on those committing the most serious crimes. (0:27)
