U.S. Shouldn't Recognize Upcoming Election In Sudan, Says Human Rights Activist
Sam Bell, the executive director of the Genocide Intervention Network, says that the U.S. shouldn't recognize the results of the upcoming Sudanese election.
Bell explained that opposition candidates have had limited access to media and are restricted by draconian national security laws.
“This is not going to be a legitimate election and it shouldn’t be recognized as such by the United States or other parties,” said Bell. (0:29)
