Immigration Enforcement May Need Shakeup At The Top, Says Immigration Advocate

Following a number of immigration-related scandals, Frank Sherry, the director of America's Voice, says that leadership and Immigration and Customs Enforcement may need to be altered.

"If ICE doesn't change its practices, then we believe the Obama administration should change it's leadership," said Sharry. (0:06)
