"Katie's Law" Gaining Ground In Congress

New legislation regarding "Katie's Law," a piece of legislation that would require certain criminal offenders to submit their DNA information into a database, is being pushed to become federally mandated by Rep. Harry Teague (D-N.M.) and others. TRNS' Benny Martinez has the story.
