U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk (D-Texas) says his department has laid out a plan to take advantage of the projected increase in export growth in 2010, and opportunities for more jobs. Kirk spoke Tuesday during a conference on the nation's trade policy agenda. (0:23)
