Pelosi: Democrats Have Been Effictive In The House

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said that she does not believe she believes that House Democrats have been very effective in power.
"I feel very strong and we have been effective in passing the full Obama agenda of 2009," said Pelosi. "We know when you're effective, you're a target." (0:30)
