Offshore Leasing Decisions Will Be Made In Late 2011, Says Salazar

Department of the Interior Secretary Ken Salazar says Wednesday that the government must test areas of the Atlantic Ocean as well as the Gulf of Mexico before plans to lease the offshore sites to companies that would drill for oil and gas can be made. (0:32)
