Obama Doubling Federal Fleet Of Hybrid Cars

President Barack Obama announces Wednesday that his administration will allow for more oil and natural gas exploration to take place in areas of the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico. The new policy could lead to increased offshore drilling in the future. (:31)
