Health Care Reform Legislation Needs Several Improvements, Says Democrat Who Opposed Bill

Rep. Harry Teague, who opposed the health reform legislation on Sunday, said that there were numerous aspects of the bill that need to be fixed. Teague says these include the ability for the insurance industry to maintain its anti-trust exemption and the payment model for doctors. (0:40)
