Rangel Still In Office Because Pelosi Wants Big-Spending Congress, Says Prominent Conservative

Americans for Tax Reform President Grover Norquist tells Talk Radio News Service that the reason Rep. Charlie Rangel (D-N.Y.) is still in a position of leadership in the House is because Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) wants a "big-spending" Congress. Norquist says anyone involved in an ethics issue -- like Rangel -- is a solid vote for Pelosi. That is why "she encourages this stuff, rather than discourages it," according to Norquist. (:52)
