Pharmaceutical Care Management Association CEO Says Changes In Federal Health Benefits Mirror Medicaid

President and CEO of the Pharmaceutical Care Management Association Mark Merritt comments on a new bill introduced by Rep. Stephen Lynch (D-Mass.) that would alter the system by which federal employees receive health benefits. Merritt says that the changes facing government employees would make their benefits program resemble Medicaid. He says that this would create price control and end with higher spending. (0:16)
