U.S. Army Commander: It's Time To Change DADT

In regards to Don’t Ask Don’t Tell policy, Gen. David Petraeus, U.S. Army Commander said on Tuesday that he thinks it's time to change the Don't Ask Don't Tell policy after a thorough review. (0:39)
