Dodd's Financial Reform Bill May House CFPA In Federal Reserve

James Gattuso with The Heritage Foundation in Washington, D.C. says it is likely that Sen. Chris Dodd's (D-Conn.) financial regulatory reform package would call for the creation of a Consumer Financial Protection Agency, which would be housed inside the Federal Reserve. (:07)
