Virginia Voters Support Bill That Would Ban Insurance Mandates, Says State Delegate

Virginia Del. Bob Marshall (R-Prince William) tells Talk Radio News Service that lawmakers in the state's General Assembly voted with their constituents' interests in mind when they passed a bill that would prohibit the Federal Government from punishing individuals who do not purchase health insurance. The bill passed on a 80-17 vote. Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell (R) is expected to sign the bill in the coming days. (:19)
