President Clinton: We Have To Build A World With More Partners
Former President Bill Clinton testified before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee Wednesday in favor of legislation that would increase support for President Barack Obama’s Global Health Initiative (GHI).
Clinton stated why he believed Americans should care about the health of individuals globally, saying, "we have to build a world with more partners and fewer adversaries; That is what foreign policy is about." (0:38)
