Bad Eating Habits Can Interfere With Education, Says Secretary Duncan

Secretary of Education Arne Duncan said Tuesday that he believes poor eating habits can have an effect on a child's learning capabilities. The remarks come as part of the introduction of First Lady Michelle Obama's campaign against childhood obesity. (0:15)
