U.S. Has All The Tools For Preventing Another Terror Attack, Says Expert

Responding to testimony given yesterday by Director of National Intelligence Dennis Blair, Jim Carafano with the Heritage Foundation in Washington, D.C. says that al-Qaeda is desperate to attack the U.S. However, he says that Blair's statement that al-Qaeda is planning a massive strike in the U.S. sometime in the next six months should not put us in panic mode. "We've got the tools in the toolkit [to prevent future attacks], we just have to use them," says Carafano. (:36)
