Responding to testimony yesterday from Director of National Intelligence Dennis Blair, Jim Carafano with the Heritage Foundation in Washington, D.C. says that al-Qaeda has tried to attack the United States several times over the past few years, to no avail. "What's the news?" asks Carafano. (:22)
