Napolitano Defends Less Money For Cyberspace Security In 2011 Budget

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano responds to questions about why cyberspace security is receiving less money in the DHS FY 2011 proposed budget. She attributes it to one-time expenses in 2010 that do not need to be repeated in the next FY. (0:30)
