Pelosi: After 65 Years Of Exemptions, Health Insurers Will Be Subjected To Antitrust Laws

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) hopes to pass the Health Insurance Industry Fair Competition Act Wednesday. Pelosi says the legislation will end the 65 year advantage health insurers have held over other businesses. (0:19)
