Jobs Bill The First Step To Undoing The Economic Damage From The Past Eight Years, Says Senator Jack Reed

Senator Jack Reed (D-R.I.), says the Hiring to Restore Employment (HIRE) Act will not full undo the economic damage that of the previous eight years, but it is the first step. Reed adds that Congress must work together to put more Americans back to work. (0:26)
