Democratic National Committee (DNC) Chairman Tim Kaine talks about the Recovery Act 'Hypocrisy Hall of Fame.' He says that the 'Hall of Fame' consists of Republicans who publicly opposed the stimulus plan, but then used it to strengthen their image in their home districts. (0:24)
