White House Told China That Obama Would Meet With Dalai Lama, Says Gibbs

White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs says during his briefing on Friday that White House officials told Chinese officials during President Barack Obama's visit a few months back that he would be inviting the Dalai Lama to visit Washington. (:21)
