Obama Has Not Ruled Out Trying KSM In New York, Says Gibbs

White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs says during his briefing on Friday that President Barack Obama is playing an active role in helping decide where to try 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed. Gibbs says the President has not ruled out trying KSM in a federal court in New York. (:26)
