Haitian Ambassador: Port-au-Prince Can Never Be What It Was

During a press conference Thursday, Haiti Ambassador to the U.S. Raymond Joseph speaks about the "tent cities" that have been set up across Port-au-Prince, and says the city needs to be rebuilt up to code. He also states the sad reality that Port-au-Prince will never be what it was. (0:48)
