U.S. Will Begin Transition To Afghan Responsibility By July, Says Obama

President Barack Obama was joined by the Secretaries of State and Defense, Hillary Clinton and Robert Gates, to announce that a Pentagon review focusing on U.S. involvement in Afghanistan and Pakistan concluded that progress has been made within the region since the influx of 30,000 troops last year, but that success is tenuous.
