Oil Spill Commission Co-Chair Says Panel Was Looking For Trends 

William Reilly, the former EPA administrator and co-chair of the White House appointed panel to investigate the Gulf Coast oil spill, said Monday that the commission was attempting to discern whether the spill was an isolate incident of potentially the beginning of a trend. (0:12)
