Former Senator: Oil Spill Panel Not Looking For Scapegoats

Former Sen. Bob Graham (D-Fla.) told reporters Monday morning that the panel he sits on assigned with investigating the Gulf Coast oil spill was not interested in finding scapegoats. Rather, Graham says, the comission was looking for facts. (0:15)
