McCarthy: Election Was About Jobs

Incoming House Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy (Calif.) says that in the 754 months since the Bureau of Labor and Statistics began recording unemployment numbers, only 50 of these have seen numbers above eight percent with 21 of those falling during Obama’s first two years. (0:40)
