Court Action Against DADT Will Be "Disruptive And Damaging," Warns Gates

Defense Secretary Robert Gates told reporters Tuesday that judicial action resulting in the premature end of Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell would be the most “disruptive and damaging” scenario he could imagine. (0:24)
