Former U.S. Ambassador: North Korea Attack Not A Crisis

Stephen W. Bosworth, Special Representative for North Korean Policy at the U.S. State Department, makes a statement regarding an artillery attack waged by North Korea against South Korea on Tuesday. Bosworth is meeting with officials in Japan to discuss North Korea’s uranium enrichment program. He will then head to China.
