Sen. Merkley: Proposed Regulations For Heavy Vehicle Good For The Economy

During a conference call Thursday, Sen. Jeff Merkley (D-Ore.) said that recently proposed rules to regulate mileage and emissions for large vehicles is good for the economy as well as the environment and national security. (0:22)
