Secretary Clinton Announces Humanitarian Grant To Jordan

U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton delivers remarks Monday during an event to announce that the U.S. has awarded Jordan with a $275 million grant aimed at improving water distribution and wastewater collection in the northeastern part of the country. The funds were granted under the Millennium Challenge Corporation.
