VA's AG: Obamacare Violates Constitution

Kenneth Cuccinelli, Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Virginia, tells a Washington audience Thursday that the  requirements of the  new health care law are a violation of the Commerce Clause and are therefore unconstitutional. (0:20)
