Dominican Republic Should Want To See Haiti Stabilized

Steve Clemons with the New America Foundation says that although the Dominican Republic has historically frosty relations with Haiti, the D.R. has a lot to gain by helping stabilize the crisis that currently exists within its island neighbor. (:17)
