Obama: Firms Owe It To Taxpayers To Pay Crisis Fee

President Barack Obama says that his desire to levy a financial crisis responsibility fee on firms who benefited from TARP is aided by the fact that such firms would prefer to pay out executive bonuses instead of paying back U.S. taxpayers. (:17)
