Many Haitian Earthquake Victims Were Also Victims Of Failed U.S. Policies

Brian Concannon with the Institute for Justice & Democracy in Haiti says that as news develops, it is likely that many of the earthquake victims in Haiti will be found to have lived in the hills next to Port au Prince. Concannon says that these people and their families settled in this area after being displaced due to bad aid policies that forced them from their farms. (:42)
