International Community Must Develop Long Term Disaster Response Plan For Haiti

Brian Concannon with the Institute for Justice & Democracy in Haiti says that in light of this week's devastating earthquake that so far has killed anywhere from 100,000 to 500,000 people, the international community must put in place a long-term strategy to help Haitians become less vulnerable to natural disasters.
