Lax Security At Biolabs Could Lead To Attack, Warns GOP Senator

Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine), the ranking Republican member on the Senate Homeland Security & Governmental Affairs Committee, discusses the Weapons of Mass Destruction Prevention and Preparedness Act of 2009. Collins says that when terrorists have easy access to harmful pathogens, ingredients used in biological attacks, acts of bioterrorism are likely to happen. (0:33)
