lllinois Congressman Says Zelaya's Removal Of Power Was Legal

Rep. Aaron Schock (R-Ill.) explains that according to a report written by the Library of Congress, former President Manuel Zelaya's removal of power was legal according to the Honduran Constitution. But, his removal from the country was not. (0:29)
