Wednesday during the Senate Finance Committee's markup of the America's Healthy Future Act, Chairman Max Baucus (D-Mont.) was quick to shut down an amendment proposed by Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah), calling it "unconstitutional." (0:50)
