Songwriter Paul Simon Speaks And Sings On Behalf Of Underprivileged Kids

Songwriter Paul Simon appeared on Capitol Hill Wednesday to promote the Children's Health Fund, an organization he co-founded to provide health care for underprivileged children. At one point, the singer briefly broke into song.

"Poor kids can't vote," Simon sang. (0:24)
